Why this academy

Finance is being rebuilt around automation and AI. Practitioners who can lead it are scarce.

Most training explains the technology. This programme makes you use it on real finance work: you design, run and defend an AI-enabled reconciliation and reporting workflow, with the controls an auditor expects.

It is built by practitioners who have run record-to-report and finance operations at global scale and who run AI reconciliation in production today, at a national Nigerian insurance company.

What you will be able to do

  • Explain how digital finance transformation works and lead it in your team
  • Apply RPA, IoT, blockchain and agentic AI to real finance workflows
  • Design and run an AI-powered bank reconciliation process end to end
  • Understand how matching finds perfect, fuzzy and exception items
  • Read reconciliation analytics and turn them into operational insight
  • Measure the outcome and present it to finance leadership
